This low-odor, latex-based formula resists up to 20 PSI of water pressure when applied to concrete or masonryindoors or out, above- or below-grade. It has a very smooth, bright white, non-gritty finish and applies easily to dry walls with a brush or roller. Ultra low odor, it is easy soap and water clean-up. Ideal for basements and other interior/exterior surfaces it contains a mildewcide to prevent the growth of mold and mildew on the paint film only. For Best Results apply two coats for full protection against 20 lbs. of hydrostatic pressure.
